A spicy blend of rock and blues, Dead Fox No Groove is the product of two eccentric gingers with a burning love for music. Based out of Wilmington, NC, Chapman Lee Richards & Blake Mitchell White joined together in January of 2022 and never looked back. Starting as an acoustic duo, Dead Fox No Groove jumped head first into the Wilmington music scene with an extensive set list consisting of originals and covers. Since July of 2022, the acoustic sound that Wilmington had grown to expect evolved into something more energetic. Dead Fox went electric, pouring gasoline onto the growing ember of their sound. With the fluidity of the band’s dynamics, their acoustic roots, Chapman’s loud, gritty vocal style, and Blake’s bombastic, unhesitating signature on the drums, there is seemingly no energy they cannot match.
