1. yes you might be choosing healthy options but you might not be eating enough of those foods or eating to little to reach your goals
2. you are not challenging yourself or pushing yourself hard enough in the gym. prioritize progressive overload, your stronger than you think
3. you aren’t resting enough. rest/recovery is super important and need to be prioritized. take at least 1 rest day and get 7-8 hours of sleep
