I'm an airline pilot, engineer, and I love the chemistry of cooking. (I'm not a chef, I'm a home cook...but you've got to have goals).
As I find foods I like, I try to find the best way to prepare them. On the road, I McGyver my way through cooking using methods ranging from sous vide in the ice bucket under the hot water faucet or toasting my homemade sourdough on a sheet of aluminum foil on the iron in the hotel room.
This channel is a mix of things I like that I have distilled down to the easiest, fastest or best way to make them. I like simple, elegant engineering solutions and try to get delicious food fast.
There's alway a way.
