النضج الذي نحن عليه الآن لم يكن لولا الخيبات التي لم نتوقعها، وصفعات الخذلان المتكررة، نحن أقوياء لأننا كنا على وشك الإنهيار وواصلنا الثبات لأننا لم نكن نملك رفاهية الإنهيار، قدرتنا على التجاوز التي يحسدنا الناس عليها الآن لم تكن الا بعد سنوات قضيناها في المنتصف المميت ولم يرشدنا أحد على الطريق الصحيح، رغمًا عن ضعفنا وهشاشتنا ورغمًا عن رغبتنا في الهروب من كل شيء، قدرتنا على التغافل ولدت من رحم التفاصيل المميتة، ولأننا واصلنا الحياة رغمًا عن الإكتئاب، فقدان الشغف، خيبات الأصدقاء والعلاقات والخذلان والغربة من أقرب المقربون لنا،
ولإننا خرجنا مهزومين من كل معارك الحياة ولم نضع لوم على أحد ، ولم نشمت في هزيمة شخص تعمد الشماتة في هزيمتنا، لم ننكر معروف ولم نجمل أخطائنا

نحن أقوياء جدًا لأننا ما زلنا نواصل الحياة رغم كل شيء يدفعنا للإنهيار والخلاص !!

زمان لما كنت صغير مكنش عندي اكونتات ولا علي فيسبوك ولا علي يوتيوب ولا حتي انستجرام كنت بشاهد فيديوهات زي كده لكن مكنتش اعرف استخدامه ازاي ومكنش عندي خبرة في السوشيال ميديا اصلا لكن انا حاليا بقي عندي خبرة 6 سنوات في اليوتيوب وفيسبوك وخبرة سنتين في انستجرام وبقيت بعرف ارفع محتويات حصرية من خلالي وانشرها ومش باخد فيديوهات من حد نهائي عشان ميحصلش مشاكل لي تحذفلي القناة نفسها وبعرف انشر فيديوهات ع الصفحة بتاعتي في فيسبوك كمان و ع البروفايل وبصراحة انا فتحت اكونتات عشان بحب الحاجة اللي انا بعملها مش عشان الفلوس اهي ع الاقل الواحد يسترزق منها وياكل عيش احسن ما يروح يمد ايده ع قرش مش بتاعه انا برضه مريض وعندي قرح في المعدة بقالي سنين من صغري وكنت بتعالج منها الاعشاب حرقتلي المعدة بطلتها وادوية المضادات والمسكنات والفيتامينات الاكياس جميع انواع الادوية حرقتلي المعدة ماعدا ادوية الحموضة ارتحت عليها وكنت بتعامل مع الحالة دي بجرعات عالية من مضادات الحموضة زي انتودين 40 و بانتولوك 40 بجرعة 4800 مجم يوميا لمدة اسبوعين ووقفت شهر وبعدين بجرعة 4200 مجم لمدة اسبوع او عشر ايام ووقفت شهرين واعراضها نبضات في جانب الكلي الارتجاع والتكريع كثرة التجشؤ وعدم الرغبة في تناول الطعام بسبب زيادة الحمض اثناء تناول الطعام وضيق التنفس وعدم انتظام ضربات القلب ومشاكل في النوم وفي الحركة وبراز اسود نتيجة حدوث نزيف داخلي في الجهاز الهضمي الانيميا بسبب النزيف والشعور بالشبع سريعا
