After an interview with Good Morning America got him a ton of headlines last week, Keffe seems to have paused giving more interviews after walking out on an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal yesterday and telling them,
âMy lawyer told me donât do no interviews without him present,â
He also told them, âYou guys are the worst. I read your articles every time I go to court. Itâs always against me. This is wrong.â
His attorney âsaid there would be no interviews for the time being.â

This is the second lawsuit filed by Bad Boy co-founder Kirk Burrowes against Puffy that alludes to the hit on Tupac. His 2003 lawsuit reportedly made a similar claim, but with fewer details.
From AllHipHop.com's coverage today about the new suit that was filed:
"Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that Diddy was involved in a deal with Duane âKeefe Dâ Davis, who is currently awaiting trial on charges of orchestrating Tupac Shakurâs murder.
âUpon information and belief, Keefe D was expecting a payment of $1 million, which had not been received,â the filing reads. âReports suggest that this sum was promised as compensation for facilitating actions that contributed to the assassination of Tupac Shakur.â
Burrowes contends that tension arose between the two after the payment âfailed to materialize.â
The complaint alleges that Diddy ultimately paid a courier to deliver the money to Keefe D, but the transaction failed, further intensifying the dispute."
