Storm Darragh will hit London Heathrow this weekend.. with gusts over 45mph! I'll of course be down at Heathrow catching the action. Have a great week :)

A very successful night time departures spotting session today. Caught the Qantas A380 as well as many others you donโt see at day. Used my proper camera as the quality is much better at night time.

Today Air Greenland operated the first ever widebody flight to Nuuk in their A330-800neo. The aircraft which operated the flight is registered OY-GKN. This is very big for the city, as it allows for more connections across the world.

Today Emirates are taking delivery of their first Airbus A350-900. A6-EXA. It departed North out of Toulouse and towards the UK. It flew over UK airspace to satisfy acquisition paperwork requirements before turning southeast for Dubai. They will begin service next year.

What a day once again.. even stronger winds today! Captured 13 go arounds.. with 4 of them being A380s! Some other very exciting go arounds and arrivals.

What a day at Heathrow.. Storm Bert brought strong gusts! Some very wobbly landings and some go arounds! And today was only Day 1. Some more strong winds expected tomorrow!

The final TAROM A318-111 flight has landed into Bucharest. After 18.1 years, YR-ASA will soon be retired. It is sad to see it ago as there are not many A318s left.

Today Iberia have begun their first intercontinental A321XLR flight.. and the first A321XLR flight to go intercontinental. This is the first A321XLR to enter passenger service and there will be more to come.
