Hey all you Neapolitan pizza enthusiasts, I haven't forgotten you! We've been having torrential rains here in Japan with really no end in sight. Flooding, landslides and some deaths reported further southwest from where I live but we are very safe where I live. But needless to say, it's hard to fire up either of my ovens outside with this bad weather. As soon as it clears, I will get back to it and bake some amazing pizzas to share with you all. In the meantime, I have started a "side" hobby of making homemade salame. As soon as it finishes it's curing, I will edit and upload a video showing my attempt, as well as the final product!
