the strokes formed over ten years ago in '97 - and today they are still releasing music. their most recent album, angles, was brilliant - and from their upcoming fifth i have no doubts that they'll bring it again.
i'm a young girl, thirteen years old, though i've been in love with this group since fourth grade when i first heard "reptilia".
other groups you may like are; modest mouse, margot & the so so's, the kinks, cold war kids, spoon, or the doors. my music taste is so diverse that the endless list is pretty pointless to put up, considering it ranges from regina spektor to mindless self indulgence. make sure to check out my favorites if you're looking for some music.
