Earlier I saw a very important post on College Music about mental health and I feel it is something we need to address. Iβve seen some of you talking about anxiety, depression and even suicide and I want you to know that you are not alone.
Sometimes life can get tough and emotions start to become overwhelming which could start to lead to suicidal thoughts. These feelings can become intense but you need to remember that you are never alone.
