They also require very little maintenance, surviving the harshest of conditions, which are considered the hallmarks of being a strong, independent woman.
Every year for #festadelladonna (better known as #internationalwomensday), Italians follow the age old tradition of giving women these bright and beautifully aromatic flowers.
