My real momma I never knew! Her Birthday is on Christmas Eve she died shortly after I was born. She died by having a blood clot , she died at a young age of 27 years old. This is a poem I done for my real momma I never knew. I hope you all will enjoy it. Thank you for taking the time to read the poem I done for my real momma.
