I am withnessing the funniest bug in oceanic history. the world is collasping in of itself, palm lost is trees. the ocean loses its water (then gains it back), the sun tp in and out, everyone getting tp around, things funny as hell. I think jackson lost money to hawk tauh coin or smt the universe be getting erased.

How-ever Hell gojira was the 2nd strongest in its own game (be it, from what I learnt the act strongest was only obtained by like 5 people, ever, back in alpha stage but I have encountered one)
Minilla ex... not too sure if it act counts. I did kill a max one as final wars, so it isnt too all powerfull.
if you take out LD from KW, then Hell easliy takes the strongest here in its own verse. straight up nothing could even harm it beside it self due to its regen and dura/strength
