My main issue with Gacha..
So obviously due to my inactivity on YouTube, only recently being able to try get back and work on videos again I’ve realised why I’d been so put off and unmotivated with them.
Yes burnout was a thing but I think my main problem was the apps themselves. A year ago Gacha Club was updated for a monitory reason I think, but the main problem came from the update. For some it didn’t affect their app, which is good, but for me and many others it caused the app to start glitching, resulting in exporting character codes not working, progress being deleted and just crashing. Resulting in me getting fed up and waiting for Gacha life 2.
And that’s where my skill and time suffers from, because although GL2 is a fun game overall, because it added some much different mechanics and removed really needed mechanics the app just didn’t work with me for video formats. (Which can take weeks with apps I’m even comfortable with)
Being that I simple don’t have the time to spend 20 minutes to dress a single bg character, added that by 20 or more, plus detaching parts of the character to tween, etc cause I’m an adult now, meaning adult responsibilities.
This is just the reason I’ve unfortunately been so inactive with Gacha content in general, which affects my channel much more than my instagram, as all my art + lore is being put up there.
I really want to get back to making videos but unless GC’s bugs get fixed (which I doubt) or I get an android to get a Gacha mod, I just don’t think I’ll be able to produce anything, which sucks cause I really want to make more lore stuff and content for you guys again.
Till either happens ig I’ll be on an indefinite hiatus from YouTube
(Obviously I understand if you unsubscribe due to no new content but I hope if I ever do return in the future I’ll be able to see you back again.💜)
