Growing up I always loved movies, so it was only natural I went to film school at the ripe age of 18. In my first class, we watched a movie called Signs and instead of allowing it to run freely, my professor paused on every single shot to analyze framing, costumes, backgrounds, cinematography, and much more.

A whole new world opened up to me. I never knew that sets, costumes, lighting, and objects were AGONIZED over for hours by the crew in order to convey a specific message to audiences.

Ever since that class, I’ve always tried to see the deeper meaning in every shot, every line of dialogue, every object in the frame, and so on.

Film, to me, is the greatest art form there is. My goal with this channel is to show you a world you might not have noticed before. It’s a world that’s fascinated me for decades now, allowed me to heal from pain, inspire me, and help me understand what matters in this life.
