Southbridge Forest HOA has 154 Single Family Homes with a community playground. It is located in South Charlotte, NC behind Rivergate shopping center and is close to Carowinds Theme park, & Rivergate elementary School. There is a greenway that goes to the shopping center and the other schools are Southwest middle school and Palisades HighSchool.
