I just wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who have poured out their support and encouragement to me these last few days. (I'm slightly overwhelmed, in the the very best kind of way!)
It's scary to share testimonies publicly, especially with a controversial topic, but hearing how the Lord has used it to bless people is so amazing.
To everyone who finds themselves relating to my experience:
God is so good.
Jesus died so we might live.
His mercies are new every morning.
He never changes.
He loves you! ❤️
Everyone who seeks Him with all of their heart will find Him. God does not expect us to jump through hoops to earn Him, but faith does require some thoughtful pursuit on our parts. Personally, I needed a LOT of help from Him to show me in the Word that He was trustworthy and I was not. My life needed to fall apart in many ways, I needed to get jealous for what true Believers had. He helped me see I was not a true worshiper or follower of Christ. He is so mercifully patient with us.
If we're willing to seek and follow Him, He journeys with us. We can trust Him completely to get us there.
