I'm supposed to make a collage about myself and my goals for life and health. I thought, why not make a video instead? And then I thought, I have already done that! Here it is. The old, power quality version. I think it's time for a remake! Sheila Hancock must be included just as a start! Thanks so much to Liron for tagging me to do this so long ago. The video was so much fun to make and watch. And it still represents me so well! :)

OLD NEWS. Sadly Valerie passed nearly a year ago. I'm posting this video now because she was and continues to be such an inspiration to me. That Chinese Tea! Wow. She drank it with a smile 7 years ago. I started drinking icky tea 2 months ago. I may very well not have done it without Valerie's example. Having a rough patch. Trying to stay positive by remembering amazing role models, living and not.

Does anyone else miss Larry King Live? I sure do! He had a proper balance of news and entertainment on his show. I remember watching this episode when it first aired. Sadly Maureen didn't make it to102 as she had hoped, but maybe some of the current 80-somethings that I admire will! fingers crossed!! :)

I didn't know! I'm so sad now. I so loved this episode. I had it on tape
and watched it over and over, along with the other episodes from the
first 3 seasons of DQ. This scene appears in my "memorable moments" video. The "Heart" of the town is gone as well. Not to mention the town itself burned down last year. I don't want a reunion show or remake. Too much has changed. Lets just enjoy it as it was.
