#lessonsoflife #2 #Rich versus #wealthy - that coffee cup is no less than a #trophy🏆An amazing lesson in customer satisfaction again. Yesterday when I went out for a walk, and my credit card was not working … I had already bought a coffee. The server at the counter knew me by face and said it’s a 'free' coffee on her, "You are a regular we value you".
I met that server 👩🍳 only once or twice this year. She remembers me, because I ask her to make my sandwich in a special way.
I was really very tired after a long hike and her gesture to me made her wealthier than any person I know. She may not be very rich, but in my eyes she is truly wealthy.
I will save this message and image for a long time..and read it often.
