Philena Williams is the owner/operator of Nirvana - Absolute Holistic Wellness Experience in Port of Spain, Trinidad, and also designs and assembles jewelry which is made from natural gemstones, and infused with Reiki. Nirvana presents a “natural approach to wellness and quality of life” and provides Reiki, Massage, Essential Oils therapy, Reflexology, detox retreats and meditations.

Philena is a Reiki master teacher and can do Level I and II attunements, she teaches other courses also, such as Crystal therapy, pendulum magic and much more.

She also pursued certification in Event Management, Tourism Management and several certifications involving holistic healing modalities, such as Spiritual Response Therapy, Chakra balancing and Aromatherapy to name a few. She and her team plan retreats (day or weekend) that help persons detox, rejuvenate and relax. Packages can also be tailored for office retreats and bridal showers or girls /guys night out.
