i picked this keystone bell pepper from my hydroponic garden yesterday. today it’s a little stuffed bell pepper topped with fresh mozzarella and it was delicious 😋 i also used fresh parsley from the garden

i didn’t get the memo that today was blossom day 😍 it’s so rewarding getting to this point after making some nutrient mistakes. this cherry tomato plant was near death with horrible root rot and it somehow pulled through. these plants have shown the beauty of resilience time and time again.

the banana peppers have been transferred from the “nursery” harvest elite to kratky jars. i know this is somewhat of a downgrade but they get more area per plant until i figure out a permanent solution. i want to eventually grow in dwc buckets to produce higher yields.
