Breezewax (Ashley Thorpe) is a music producer and musician with multi-genre influences, who typically uses a mix of samples, live instruments and electronic soundscapes to create laid back, beat-driven music straddling between hip hop, jazz, chillout, electronica and downtempo. As of 2022, Breezewax has released a number of EPs and collaborative projects, plus four full-length albums: 'Vagabond' (INFAS Music) in 2010, the acclaimed follow-up 'Native Sun' (Cult Classic Records) in 2012, 2014's Brazil-inspired 'Aeroporto', and 'Help For Healing' in 2020.
