Finished the lighting pass for Quest for the Golden Eggs today. Really happy with how this has turned out. It is nuts how big of a leap this game has become compared to Dimensional Wanderer lol. (And quite literally, since it's a platformer :P )
I hope anyone who gives this a shot enjoys it, it's been a long road to get here. I'm putting my absolute best into this and I think it will really show!

All voice acting for the tutorial area in Quest for the Golden Eggs is now complete!
The egg fairies are putting you through a Cyberspace training regime to see if you've got what it takes to get their king's golden eggs back! They're voiced by my fiance, and I think she did an amazing job.
The game launches only 2 weeks from now, on November 18th!

Alright I've started on the script for the next essay video finally. July was a very busy month and I just didn't have much time to write. The game I'm working on is coming along well too, so that's nice. I don't really want to properly announce what it is until it's ready to release though, since it's essentially just a fancy tech demo.
Also wow the last video has surpassed 100k views, and now the channel is at like 4.5k subs. I wasn't really expecting it to get picked up by the algorithm, but it's pretty cool to see that happen. It's not really gonna change how I do things, but if this channel continues to be successful and gets large enough, then I might pick up a sponsorship to help pay for college. (Though I wouldn't want to if the product sucked lol.) Other than that though, I'd like to keep it as a casual channel for me to just upload various projects for fun. The thing I'm looking to make a proper career out of is game development, but I'm open to putting more time into YouTube stuff if it goes well enough.
Also I'd like to start posting more casual rambly stuff to the second channel, so that'll probably start happening as well. Just unscripted talks that I cut down a bit afterwards, simply to get my thoughts on some things out there so they're not just sitting in my head lol.
But anywho, thanks for the support on the recent video essay stuff. It's gone a lot better than I was expecting, and I'm really looking forward to making more of it.

I fixed my PC a couple days ago. (More info in the attached video's pinned comment)
In regards to the Broken Reality OST video; I just finished Axis Plaza and Aquanet's music today. Next is the Cruise Ship, then Geocity, and The Innernet. Nearly there!
Also the video is gonna be over an hour long, this is like one of my biggest projects lol.

So unfortunately UPS broke my PC while shipping it. The memory drives seem safe, however. So I mainly just need a new tower and no files would be lost I think. I've already spent like 2 weeks working on getting the insurance money on the package lol. It looks like I'm finally getting near the end of the claim process though. I'll make a 3rd post once I have a new PC so you guys'll know when to expect the full Broken Reality video.

I dunno how reliably people will see this cause community posts are wonky. But I'm moving fairly soon, ideally within the next couple of weeks. After that though I'll get to finishing up the rest of the Broken Reality soundtrack.
On another note, Dimensional Wanderer hit over 100 downloads. I was NOT expecting my first released game to do that well lol. But I'm really glad people have enjoyed it, so thanks.
