Almost all assets for Team Fortress Future (huge side project) are made. Including 3 new classes (with storyboards and 10 cosmetics each) and 100+ new weapons.
Question is: Should I make other TF2 videos first to build an audience before releasing TFF?
To be clear, Team Fortress Future was always planned to be a series of videos on my channel. Quite a few, and quite long. I imagine there may be as many as 9 videos. The amount of content made for this project is kind of insane. It's been in development for 3 and a half years now, has cost me way over a thousand dollars by now, and includes a TON of art. But it's not planned to be a playable mod or anything like that.
I'll likely never make my money or my time back for this, but I don't want the project to TOTALLY flop like Minecraft: Ghosts & Graves. I know there's a FAIR BIT of overlap between the POPGOES and TF2 community (for some reason) but I wonder if I should try to cultivate a bit more of a TF2 audience by making other TF2 related videos, or streams, first. I dunno.

Here's Pyro's TFF design! It's very similar to the original (which was basically perfect), but the ideas for his gameplay are quite different. You'll learn about that, and the new weapon he's holding, eventually!
