Our God-given Mission and Core Values – Building God’s Kingdom as a Family
At the birth of our church, God gave us the name Kingdom Connect Church, which encapsulates the mission He has for us.
KINGDOM
The Kingdom of God is central to Jesus’s preaching. He came to restore the Kingdom or reign of God on earth. At the onset of His public ministry, He inaugurated the establishment of the Kingdom of God when He proclaimed in Luke 4:18-19: “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the broken hearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.”
God’s plan is to set us free from sin, restore our identity as His children, and empower us to establish His Kingdom on earth by bringing Kingdom values in every realm of society.
