We are ZARRAZA - metal band from Almaty, Kazakhstan. Zarraza means an ‘infection’ or ‘unbearable person’ in Russian and we are here to spread sarcasm and chaos with thrashing guitars and up-tempo drums and screams.
First full-length release - “Necroshiva” (2018) got positive reviews from Metalsucks, AngryMetalGuy etc. Rated by Metal Hammer 8 of 10. Song “150 words” has been featured in Metal Hammer’s “United Nations Vol 2” compilation.
“Rotten Remains” was released at 2019 - collection of re-recorded songs from first demos. Rated by Metal Hammer 7 of 10.
We shared stages with TYR, ROTTING CHRIST, ARKONA, EKTOMORF and metal gods SEPULTURA and played almost every town in Central Asia and are eager to play more!
