About
American band Pessimist, formed in Baltimore, delivers blackened death metal since 1989. Founder and Guitarist Kelly McLauchlin also plays in I Am Morbid and previously played in Possessed.
The band recently welcomed drummer Tim Yeung (who also plays in I Am Morbid, and is formerly of Morbid Angel, Divine Heresy, Hate Eternal) to the recording lineup.
Another notable mention is Pessimist bassist Kelly Conlon, who played on the iconic death metal band Death's album "Symbolic".
