Disclaimer.. make sure your training partner knows to tap when they start feeling uncomfortable. For chokes even if they do not tap and you notice they are making odd noises like snoring or they start going limp, release them immediately. For any other submissions, always go slow, and make sure they know to tap when they feel pressure not pain. Be safe.
