Computer Aided Medical Procedures & Augmented Reality (CAMP)
CAMP is a research and educational institute affiliated to the Computer Science and Medical Departments of Technische Universität München (TUM) in Munich, Germany. It is chaired by Prof. Nassir Navab and was founded in October 2003.
CAMP aims at providing an environment for innovation and creativity in the multidisciplinary field of medical image computing and computer aided interventions. Its objective is to study and model medical procedures and to introduce advanced computer integrated solutions improving their quality, efficiency and safety.
The close partnership between physicians, physicists, computer scientists, engineers and their industrial partners has resulted in exciting and innovative solutions. CAMP is proud to provide a series of original videos demonstrating results presented to the international scientific community through the most prestigious international conferences.
