Hi friends
I need help with an issue related to uploading a video on YouTube. I posted a short film on my channel, Friends and Film, about 18 months ago. This is my first film, which I both directed and produced. After uploading, I received a huge response from viewers (up to 88K views every 48 hours). Suddenly, YouTube marked my movie as age-restricted. I appealed the decision, explaining the intentions and meaning behind the scenes that were flagged, and they replied via email, admitting their mistake and removing the age restriction.
For a few months, my movie continued to perform well with large public viewership. Once the total views were nearing the threshold for monetization, YouTube suddenly marked my movie as not ad-friendly (Limited ads). They also drastically reduced the video's impressions. I reappealed the ad suitability decision, but my appeal was not approved, and they did not provide an option to appeal again. This happened about two months ago.
Recently, YouTube imposed an age restriction on my film again, citing a specific scene that violated their adult content policy. I removed the scene and requested a recheck. They have now lifted the age restriction again. This has been the history of my struggles with YouTube, and I am now unsure how to maintain my channel.
It’s important to note that my debut film has won 29 awards (both national and international) for its social awareness message. I am a little upset by these unexpected issues.
I now want to reappeal my film for ad suitability after removing the flagged scene, but I cannot find an option to reappeal. I would appreciate any advice or guidance from the community regarding my situation.

Director’s focus an act of passion and commitment and long
nourished dream. We dreamt of making a short film long back.
We dared to create one, first making short film. Our dedication was further tested by
cyclone Bulbul .Our shooting days, rather nights, were
drenched by heavy rain and stormed by heavy winds. It was
really difficult to hold the light, camera and set up together.
We are glad that we could. In a remote tribal village of
Bengal, entire troop worked day and night, without proper
sleep, food and with very limited equipment and experience
to make dream come true. The entire fund was arranged
from our savings without any commercial sponsorship. We
seek your love and support to make many such project in future.
Bangla Short Film, Winner of National and International Awards. Our dream to make social awareness art film which are based on real life hidden complexity and will be demanded for international awards.
