I started #deadhangs few months back . I could hold for 2 -3 seconds with a feeling of fading . I stayed persistent and now I can hold for more than 30 seconds . Haven’t really recorded the time . But they are super important for our strength. They help us #run better . They build our core strength when we lift our legs . They decompress our spine and strengthen our shoulders. So they are amazing for your posture as well .

Recently I have started hearing a lot about weight training , that it is beneficial for diabetics as well . I realized this on my trip , when I had to lift my 23 kgs back to back to check their proper weight. That made me understand that when we lift weights it involves are core , which will help in better functioning of it .

Moral of the story is #deadhangs or #wallbars are great for your strength , good health βœ…πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
