Facts and information,
Sat in dry dock you can see through the cracked fibre glass hull the cylindrical shape of the Shark Gill passive Sonar, on this B/Akula class SSN Tigr. Shark Gill has a max range of 71Km, and is a late 1970's search and track Sonar. These were installed on the 7 Akula class Russian Navy submarines, only 3 remaining in service today. The K-284 Akula, the lead Sub was decommissioned in 2001 to save money for the cash strapped Russian Navy.

Hey, thanks for being here with the channel as it finds it feet.

Have you guys heard That HMS Portland has had to return to Portsmouth due to Sailors getting sick? Apparently the fresh water source has been contaminated. Somebody put the filter in the wrong way?
