Started in December 12, 2019 by Ismael Andres, or Kuya Mel, a former Pastoral Minister, at the onset of Covid-19 Pandemic, a school was born exploring its indigenous roots through its dance which evolve to what is now called "Saliw" which means accompaniment to the song. The school transitioned from a cultural dance school to a religious online support which later evolved into a hermitage. This youtube presence was meant to document this journey just like its Facebook counterpart. As it evolved, so does the name. From Journey to Hula towards the Journey to the Hermitage. Still feel free to visit, watch and be moved by our dances which helped many of our followers not only to be entertained but also to relax, find comfort, peace and healing.
