As Jessica Ryan and I wrap up our Saturday to head home. I reflect on the amazing men we met inside the Utah correctional facility. While joining John Jackson and Defy ventures group inside to help reunite hope, positivy, leadership and introduce ourselves to the up and coming (entrepreneurs in training), I reflected on my past and how at one point there was a fear filled mind. Iโm so darn grateful to stand side by side with these men. One hug, one laugh, one conversation could change a life forever.
