Sa panahon ngayon mahalagang isaalang alang natin hindi lang ang ating pisikal na kalusugan ng katawan higit na mahalaga ang kalusugan ng ating kaisipan(Mental health) dahil dito nakasalalay ang pagbalanse ng lahat ng aspeto ng buhay.Maraming mga bagay na hindi natin makontrol sapagkat tayo ay tao lamang. Ngunit ang Diyos ay hindi nagpapabaya sa atin dahil binigyan Niya tayo ng matayog na pag iisip higit sa anumang nilalang na may buhay dito sa mundo. Lagi natin tatandaan na higit na makapangyarihan ang ating isip at kung ito ang ating gagamitin laban sa mapanghamon na panahon ngayon,,,tiyak na matutuklasan natin na may mga bagay din tayong kayang makontrol kung makikilala natin mabuti ang ating mga sarili.❤❤❤
