During a series of lockdowns, I really put on weight and eventually had aches and pains all over my body. I did not have enough mental (as well as physical) energy to take up some serious jogging or anything like that. I could have done some swimming, but the gyms were all shut. Then, at some point, I just started walking. Walking a lot, 1 - 3 hours a day, almost every day. I’d like to be a bit more healthy physically particularly because I feel like I am now not so mentally healthy…
