Pastor Bert Pretorius, with his wife Charné are the founding pastors of 3C Church – a dynamic, multi-racial, multi-site, vibrant and fast-growing church with over 30,000 members in the City of Tshwane, South Africa. The ministry has since expanded into multiple cities, including the USA.

Pastors Bert and Charné are the founders of the Mahlasedi Foundation, spearheading many welfare and social development projects including Disaster Relief Food Distribution, wherein the last two years over R200million worth of food was distributed, equating to 50 million meals, feeding over 500,000 people from every province in South Africa. Other specialist areas include education; crime prevention (incl. GBV); care of women and children; small business and youth development.

Pastor Bert is the founder of SACOFF (South African Community of Faith-Based Fraternals and Federations). SACOFF has 216 registered members representing 15,459 churches.

Pastor Bert is the Chairman of Rhema Family Churches.
