My tier list prediction based on potential future character. To me, any character that can buff teammates with low recruitment has the potential to be best character to invest in the future. They should be A tier or above. My tier list is based on all end game content and potential upcoming character. If you disagree, you can comment below. Fight me.
S TIER - Very good, low investment and very universal in all end game content. Nothing will go wrong if you pick them.
A TIER - Underrated but they have potential. They're good depends on your team.
B TIER - They're okay because there is always something else is better them.
C TIER - They're too slow and easy to get interrupted. You need to put too much work to make them good.
D TIER - I'm sorry YingLing. You are the most fun character to use but i think even if you get buff, your playstyle just ruining your entire damage.
