Welcome to my ASMR channel. I hope that these videos help to relax you and assist in relieving insomnia or feelings of anxiety. ASMR stands for: Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. While some people may experience a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, others may simply find it relaxing.
I enjoy soft sounds as well as the sounds of crinkling packages or pages turning. As a follower of Christ I especially love sharing God's Word in a calm way, remembering how God spoke to Moses with a "low whisper". It's often in the quiet moments that we can hear His voice.
