I am Shyama and welcome to my channel Masala Mehfil by Shyama. I am from Gujrat and cooking is not only my passion but happiness too. True to the maxim Road to any person's heart is through his stomach, I derive happiness seeing people's contentment after eating my dishes.
I cook vegetarian dishes only. Apart from traditional dishes I keep learning new dishes of different regions and add my twists to it. All my recipes are tried and tasted.
