The Novelization confirmed Skar absorbed alot of radiation, became insanely powerful, killed all the other Big Male Great Apes also a Number of Gojira specimen who are Larger than Current Godzilla (Like the one's skull found in Kong's temple, where hi got the axe)
The Axe already belongs to Skar, the momment he took the axe from Kong his expression was like "yes i finally got my weapon back"
But the Skar we saw in the GxK film doesnβt match with all the statementa
It's Becuase Zo'Zla Hawla aka Titanus Gojira was said to be the only member of his species who is able to use Atomic breath, thus he is called "The monster who ate a star"
Some statements also applied that Skar was at 400ft towering over both Godzilla and Kong, but he seemed shorter in film
It's bcz Godzilla banished him in a fiery realm where there was Lack of food & radiation
The are also Real life examples where different organisms shrink their size to decrease the rate of consumption due to lack of resources
Skar might have also done the same, so he evolved to a shorted form to thrive on less radiation

G21 was weakened by a bit due to lack of sleep and radiation, but he was still massively powerful tjan G14 and Base G19,
G21 stopped 605K tons heavy MG with his ramming speed, in half-strength
He tanked Non-charged axe strikes of kong while G14 got injured by MUTO Prime's satbbing
The chitin of MUTO's body part is a lot less dens material than Godzilla's dorsal spikes
So G14 has a Very weak Blunt and Piercing Dura: than G21
Additionally, G21 drilled through the Earth's mantle with his atomic breath
Which yeilds at 3.15 x 10^(14) Joules
And, MG's proton scream is much mkre powerful than G21's atomic breath (weaker tha G19's) ehich yeilds at 4.1 x 10^(17) joules (almost 2000x more lethal)
And, Afteeshock Goji scales on par with G14, and Aftershock Goji easily lifted and defeated MUTO Prime even tho his dorsal plates were shattered

Additionally, MG Ragdolled, threw, lifted, smacked G21 with his hands with jet boosters at low-difficulty
Who weights almost 160K tons, heavier than both G14 and MUTO Prime

Changing My Opinion on Some takes
Current Kong (with both Glove & Axe) beats base G14 & G21
Explaination: K24 has higher striking capacity thanks to the scrap materials of mg21 and said to replicate the AP of MUTO Prime who can create a magnitude-12 earthquake
G14 Hasn't shown better feats in Speed, Durability as well
Kong gets Blunt & Piercing Dura: cz G14 got injured by MUTO Pairs stabbing and Missiles,
G14 has great Heat Dura: tho, cz he tanked Nuke back in 1954
So, the upper hands G14 has is Heat Durability, Aux:Weapons, Abilities(which is also nerfed), Resistance, DC
Kong can speed blitz, dodge the beam and strike G14 with his axe in Mid-High Diff: (could go either way)

The explanation for G21 is almost same
G21 already physically outsats G19 (not in power)
G19 stopped MZ who's over 180K tons
Weakend G21 stopped 605K tons heavt MG in a weakened state
And his atomic breath was also at 25% powe, and since he was weakend by a fraction, His C/R.Speed will also decrease,
So either G21 Mid-diffs Kong or Kong High-Ext: Diffs bcz of his higher C/R, AP, Agility and Endurance
