Dr. Rahmat Sotudeh-Gharebagh is a Professor of Process Engineering at the University of Tehran (UT) and was an invited Professor at Qatar and Canada. He has working knowledge and drafting skills in English and French, in addition to his native languages of Farsi and Azari. He has authored more than 275 papers, seven books and four chapters. Rahmat is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of CPPM, an international journal that showcases the latest innovations in modeling and simulation of chemical processes and products. He is also the Founder of Pharmaceutical Engineering Program in the country. Dr. Sotudeh is an executive science manager who has held several important positions. He was the Dean of engineering and acting VP-research at UT. He was also the Director of Standard Research Institute with Iranian National Standardization Organization (member of ISO), where he promoted this institute to top five percent among national research institutions in four years.
