Hi, my name is Lizzy. I have had issues with mental health since I was 14 and have 4 mental health diagnosis. When my eldest niece was diagnosed with autism, I could see a lot of myself in her behaviour and perception of the world. My nephew has also been diagnosed with classic autism. This is my journey from diagnosis to everyday life.
