The ESID Juniors YouTube channel is created by the ESID Juniors Working Party and is dedicated to sharing knowledge on Primary Immunodeficiencies. PIDs are a group of Genetic defects which include more that 450 single-gene, resulting in quantitative or qualitative disfunction of one or more of the immune system components. The ever evolving field of Primary Immunodeficiencies comprise of more than 430 diseases and proper diagnostics and treatments can be a challenge.

Early diagnosis, effective treatment and management can help prevent mortality and improve the quality of life of the patients. The goal of the ESID Juniors Channel is to increase the awareness of the public and physicians on primary immunodeficiencies and help patients and their families with more knowledge about PIDs.
