I work as a Payroll consultant for Unit4, specialising in Unit4 ERP Payroll, mainly UK but including some overseas payrolls.

Payroll is often overlooked as a business function despite it being key to everything. If you don't pay people, nothing will get done. The function can often be misunderstood and is difficult to explain. Payroll people have a focus on detail and their unrelenting deadlines, whereas everyone else just wants to know they get paid accurately and on time.

I aim to produce videos that explains payroll simply to non-payroll people who don't need or want to know the detail, and to do videos for payroll people who don't want to know the details of software, the software industry, coding, product configuration and projects, they just want to get the job done.
