I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a postdoctoral stay at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. I worked as a Short Term Consultant of the World Bank and as a Research Professor in Mexican and Russian Universities. My interests include international economics, economics of education, language policy, banking, labor market, development studies, entrepreneurship, and econometric modelling, particularly regression analysis with panel data.
