It's been quite some time since we celebrated Carson's one year death anniversary and I have been compartmentalizing my grief by drowning myself with anything and everything but facing my emotions and allowing myself to fee❤️🩹l. I wanted to check in and let y'all know that I will have a new video out the end of this upcoming week. And if there is anything you wanted me to answer or discuss, please leave me a comment! What was your first time experience with therapy? I’ve never been to therapy until last Wednesday and I have been so emotional since then. I threw up so much right afterwards and it felt like therapy turned back on my emotions after being in zombie mode for the last year since Carson passed away💔

I can’t believe in 6 days, I would have survived a whole year without my sweet baby boy💔 I will be posting my grief update tomorrow! Thank you everyone for all of your love, thoughts, and prayers this past year!
