We are on the Thruway threaded home. End of another fantastic Amtrak journey. It may be a couple months before you get full length videos. I still have to do the Empire Builder and the Lakeshore Limited on my Fall trip.
I love trains more than editing.

Yay me! I finally go that Cascades video posted. I'm jumping out of order. My next one will not be the Empire Builder leg but it will be some video I have from a Winter trip 1 year ago on Acela. I figure I should get it up before I go on this years Winter trip.

I'll be headed to Vermont in just over a week all by Amtrak. Thruway bus from Tampa to Orlando to catch the Silver Meteo up to NYCr. Then the Ethan Allen to Burlington. If you have anything you want to see on those trains let me know and I'll try my best.

I'm trying to do the Amtrak Cascades video but my POS computer is fighting me. I had a good laptop once but a mandatory Microsoft update bricked it and they told me to piss off. Now I use a hand me down Surface 4 and its total garbage. Right now it won't even allow me to edit a thumbnail for a cover.
I'm about to smash this damn thing.

We are working on the Cascades video from Portland to Seattle. It should be a short video because the trip was short. I hope to have that up next Friday. Building the new table and planning the layout for my model trains taking a lot of me free time right now.

Mixed it up a bit with a Sacramento Light Rail video. It is probably of interest to Amtrak riders that swing through Sacramento.
That said, the next video will be back to Amtrak tripping. We still have the Cascades, the Empire Builder, the Lakeshore Limited and the Silver Star from my Fall trip.

I obviously did not get a new video posted. I've been moving to a new house this week and that taken lots of my time. I'm done with moving after this week though. Two months of moving stuff from both the office and a new home after storm has been time consuming.

No video this week. I've been moving into a new place and cleaning the old place. That's taken much of my time.
Next Friday we should post Sacramento to Portland on the Coast Starlight.

Hi. My channel is not big but its seen some decent growth in the past weeks or so. I want to say thanks for the follows (please subscribe) and likes. I purchased Capcut pro to hopefully make my videos even better as I learn.
I still have several more Amtrak videos to post from my trip. We are working on the Sacramento to Portland leg of the journey now. I'll post that on Friday. I also have some other stuff from my Sacramento stop like the California Train Museum, the walk from the station through old town to my hotel, and a ride on Sacramento's Light rail in the fantastic new train set which should be of interest to a lot of you Amtrak travelers.

Amtrak traveler, model railroader, and train video poster.
My channel is about my Amtrak travels around the USA and even some of Canada. I've been fortunate enough to have traveled thousands and thousands of miles on Amtrak all over a lot of the US and even one trip up to Canada.
My home station in Tampa, Florida so I ride, or rode, the Silver Star the most. I've also been able to ride the Maple Leaf, Downeaster, Lakeshore Limited, Capitol Limited, California Zephyr, Coast Starlight, Empire Builder along with the Cascades, Acela and Northeast Regional trains. Still a few to check off though.
I also like to review hotels that are very close or a short walk away from Amtrak stations.
My love of trains also includes model trains too so I'll still post the occasional model train videos.
