“The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the People, it is an instrument for the People to restrain the government - lest it come to dominate our lives and interests.”
These famous words of Patrick Henry have long been forgotten in The United States of America, as the establishment of a federal government completely unrestrained by its Constitutional limitations has already occurred in this nation. The U.S. government has begun to dominate the lives and interests of its People in violation of its contract with those People (the Constitution of the United States of America) to secure and protect those lives and interests, and to ensure the future of the United States of America, it must not be allowed to continue to do so. This reality has international implications, as the actions of U.S. government frequently affect other nations and the world at large, positing this issue as one fundamentally affecting essentially any global citizen.
