Hello Friends,
I wanted to take a moment to address an issue that folks have brought up to me regarding advertisements on my videos. I am sorry if you are getting them.
YouTube has reserved the right to monetize ANY video on the platform, even if the creator is not in the YouTube Partner Program.
I am not a YouTube Partner. I have never made any money from YouTube. Not a single penny.
According to YT, I am not even suitable for monetization. But YT can still monetize my content as they see fit. I do not get money from it. I cannot turn them off. I cannot even decide how or where they will show up.
Some of you may remember that we had to address this when the rule first went into effect (June 2021). For a while it seemed like the channel was largely unaffected. But with how many folks are bringing it up to me now, it seems like it caught up to us.
I’m sorry if you are getting ads and it is affecting you interacting with and enjoying my work. It frustrates me how YT interrupts my viewers’ experiences, especially in a way that is completely out of my control and counter to everything my content stands for.
My channel is a labor of love. I make content I want you to be able to relax and explore your imagination with. If possible, please use an AdBlocker.
I will continue uploading the catalog to Patreon. As well as work to upload on other streaming services so there are alternate options for listening.

I WANT YOUR HELP!
This is a lofi audio. Meaning the sound is of a "lower" quality. I find lofi audio to be very pleasant and triggering for ASMR. I want to create some lofi versions of my audios to preserve that wonderfully imperfect sound.
I want your help on the direction these audios should take. So I would like your feedback on the 3 main aspects to consider.
1) Is it lofi enough for you? Do you like the way this sounds in regards to a lofi audio?
2) Music or no? Should the lofi audios have background music / sfx? I have included both versions in this upload for you to compare.
MUSIC: 0:00
NO MUSIC: 17:30
3) The Acting. Should the acting be as serious as it is in the standard audios or should the acting itself also be lower quality? Think of it as: playing pretend in your room VS a real attempt of immersion. I have included (my attempt of) both in this audio.
MUSIC
0:00-7:30 = "play" acting
7:30 = serious acting
NO MUSIC
17:30 = "play" acting
25:00 = serious acting
Additionally, I would love to hear your thoughts about this project in general. Would you enjoy lofi versions? Do you think it's a waste of time? I'm open to all thoughts.

No experience necessary!! You don't have to be a VA or have any experience with audio production - in fact it's even more authentic if you don't! Just record on whatever you have and send it to me!
