💜 What is ASMR?
Think ocean waves, the sound of someone's soothing voice lulling you to sleep, a subtle and calming white noise, or birds chirping off in the distance. ASMR is the satisfaction of a scalp massage or playing with a Zen garden. Or the satisfying sound of duct tape ripping off the roll, the feeling of squishing water beads. The satisfaction of watching someone organize or clean something.
